Join Our Team of Georgia Mental Health Providers!

Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across Georgia. Our purpose is to increase access to high-quality mental health care. We are looking for passionate therapists to help fulfill that purpose!

As a Foresight Therapist, You'll Enjoy:

  • Flexible scheduling (full-time and hybrid setting with 3 days per week in our Smyrna office)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
  • Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule

What We're Looking For:

  • Be an active, independent Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Experience working with Child & Adolescent populations
  • We seek clinicians who are committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. They should be well-versed in mental health counseling practices,  including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning, and proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite.
