We are looking for an experiencedFrontend Technologies Architectto help shape the future of Aviva's customer and broker digital experiences. In this role, you will define scalable, secure, and modern architecture for web, mobile, and AI-enabled digital products. You will partner with business, product, engineering, and architecture teams to turn strategic goals into practical technology solutions that support Aviva's modernization priorities and long-term digital strategy.

This role supports customer-facing and broker-facing digital channels, including web, mobile, and AI-enabled experiences.

What you'll do

Solution Architecture and Delivery

  • Understand business goals and translate them into clear digital product architecture and technology roadmaps.

  • Define frontend and digital solution architectures that are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.

  • Support modernization initiatives that reduce technical debt, close architecture gaps, and enable new digital capabilities.

  • Work with product and delivery teams to refine backlogs, assess feasibility, and guide implementation decisions.

  • Communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identify delivery and architecture risks, recommend practical mitigations, and support continuous improvement after implementation.

Technical Leadership

  • Stay current with digital, web, mobile, cloud, and AI-enabled technologies, platforms, and tools.
