Position Summary: 

The Content Creator will develop clear, engaging content that brings the IQ Fiber brand to life across all social media platforms. They will respond to customer feedback across online review platforms, reinforcing our brand voice and online presence. They will turn ideas, trends, and insights into stories that resonate with the IQ Fiber community. The key objective for this role is to balance creativity and strategy to drive brand awareness, trust, and engagement over social media. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Create compelling content across social media platforms (including but not limited to: YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, employee intranet). This will include original videos, reels, photos, graphics, and copy. 

  • Translate brand strategy, messaging, voice, and audience insights into clear, engaging content. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals. 

  • Create and manage a content calendar using Sprout Social that aligns with the broader marketing strategy, upcoming events, and promotional calendar. 

  • Work with Creative Manager on content production, editing, and publishing across all social platforms using tools like Vimeo, Dropbox, Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc. 

  • Support the sales organization with compelling content about upcoming IQ Fiber events and sponsorships. Get involved by joining and participating in community pages and groups. 

  • Where possible, optimize content for SEO, engagement, and performance across platforms. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and creating new content daily. 

  • Work with the marketing and customer support teams to craft thoughtful, helpful responses to social media comments and online reviews across all relevant platforms. These platforms include, but are not limited to: Google, Yelp, Bing, Yahoo, and Nextdoor. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or related field preferred 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience 

  • Possess exceptional production skills, both technical and creative. The ability to create content with our brand and target consumers in mind. 

  • Customer-centric mindset 

  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
