Minimum Required Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree plus one year of experience in a collaborative office environment. Experience should demonstrate:
  • Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and project management software
  • Ability to use typical office equipment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and customer service focus
  • Accurate data entry and ability to transfer data from hard copy to digital databases
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to set up Zoom or Google Meet video conferencing for meetings with Doane University divisions
