Qualifications

  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in math for inventory calculations and weight measurements.
    • Strong reading and comprehension skills for interpreting documentation and work orders.
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools.
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience:
    • Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
    • Experience with basic inventory systems and kitting processes is a plus.
    • Preference given to candidates with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
    • Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including hot or cold environments.
