Hunt's Services Residential Install Electrician

Our technicians are the best in the business, and we're hiring another talented, customer-focused Residential Install Electrician to join our growing team.

Compensation: $42.00-$50.00 P/H DOE

What You'll Do:

Install and disconnect all aspects of residential electrical systems-panels, circuits, devices, full/partial home rewires, generators, etc
Build strong rapport with homeowners by clearly communicating scope, solutions, and benefits
Take ownership of quality, customer experience, and revenue on every install
Work closely with dispatch and customer service to ensure a smooth job flow
Keep your job site clean and your truck stocked, organized, and field-ready
Train and support Apprentice Electricians-you're the future they look up to
Fully utilize ServiceTitan (our dispatch and job management system) to log findings, update work details, and document jobs with photos
Participate in training, morning meetings, and other learning opportunities-we grow together
Show up on time, every time-your leadership and presence set the tone

What You Bring to the Team:

Solid understanding of NEC, Washington State codes, and safety best practices
Proficiency with blueprints, schematics, and residential install layouts
Expert use of electrical trade tools-both hand and power
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to educate customers with confidence and professionalism
High proficiency with basic math and converting measurements on the fly

Functional use with Service Titan or similar CRM for dispatching, customer notes, etc

Highly organized and committed to doing it right the first time

What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of residential electrical installation experience - including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
  • Valid WA State Electrical License (02, WA L&I)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
  • Physically capable of lifting 100 lbs, working in crawlspaces, attics, and various weather conditions
  • 2+ years working supervision of Apprentices
  • 2+ years' experience with Service Titan or similar dispatching interface
