Job Description
Are you a reliable person who has a keen eye for detail? Like to look at maps and solve puzzles? We have just the job for you in our fast-growing company! TrafficCast International, a leader in the provision of digital traffic data, is seeking a Traffic Data Editor to support our Traffic Operations Center in Middleton, Wisconsin. Using cutting-edge technology, you'll be curating traffic incidents, looking for traffic data conflicts, and editing construction records across the US and Canada. The applicant must have a high school diploma, or equivalent, with experience using the Internet and with popular mapping applications such as Google Maps. Applicants should also have some basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, and be able to multitask in order to monitor different traffic sources.
This entry-level position may either be full or part-time depending on Company needs and employee availability. A strong candidate will be local to the Madison/Middleton area and have experience with either IT Helpdesk or data entry and reading maps. Experience with using mapping and traffic apps in daily life is a plus. Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Our team is currently working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, initial training for new hires will be provided either in-person on site at our office in Middleton, virtually, or a combination of both.
