We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities
  1. Data entry capabilities.
  2. Critical thinking skills to understand planning parameters based on inputs and outputs from internal and external sources and turn those into a production plan.
  3. Capabilities required to develop, create, maintain, and analyze forecasting for both internal/inter-company demand and sales.
  4. Coordinates internal movements of materials needed for production orders to proceed with manufacturing.
  5. Maintains condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, raw materials, supplies in correct location, etc.).
  6. Follows company safety policies and procedures.
  7. Attention to detail when reviewing internal and external orders for correct variable data (i.e., dates, quantities model numbers, etc.).
  8. Work with different departments to obtain needed information to apply future looking plans that accommodate for current manufacturing schedules and where future orders will fit into manufacturing schedules.
  9. Coordinate with Operations and Production departments to ensure plans that are made are effective and as efficient as possible.
  10. Ability to craft a professional email for both internal and external recipients.
  11. Microsoft Excel/Google sheets knowledge and understanding.
  12. Adhere to and ensure compliance with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO, and FDA requirements.

  2. Ability to read/hear, interpret, and understand instructions given written or verbally in English
  3. Ability to perform in a detail-oriented environment, fast-paced environment while complying with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, GMP, GDP, ISO and FDA requirements
  4. Ability to work/interact with supervisor and production floor team leads.
