We are looking for a hands‑on, resourceful Technical Specialist with deep experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting business‑critical systems and tools. Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Support while Supporting the Web Development Team

  • Take ownership of configuration, rollout, and support for:
  • OneLogin (SSO, identity management)
  • Google Workspaces (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console)
  • Zendesk (support workflows, help center setup)
  • Brevo (email automation and CRM integration)
  • Bitdefender (endpoint protection setup and policy enforcement)
  • Mac systems (device management, remote setup)
  • Google Voice (number management, call routing)
  • ClickUp (workspace setup, task management flows)
  • Slack (channel structure, integrations)
  • Zapier (automation between tools and services)
  • Provide remote system support and resolve technical incidents.
  • Document configuration standards and internal technical processes.

Web Development & Code‑Level Support

  • Assist with implementation and debugging of modern web apps using:
