This is a critical, high-visibility role covering a leave transition for our Director of SMB Acquisition, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent senior leadership position on the team. The contract period is planned to run from August 2026 through April 2027.You'll own Google Ads and Bing Ads end to end: strategy, budget management, bid optimization, and conversion feed health, for a program running over seven figures a month in spend. You'll work closely with our marketing ops and analytics functions to keep tracking and conversion data clean, and with our affiliates and paid social functions as a connected part of the broader SMB acquisition engine.## ****What You'll Own***** **Paid Search Strategy & Execution**โ€” Full ownership of Google Ads and Bing Ads campaign strategy, structure, bidding, budget pacing, and performance optimization across a 7-figure+ monthly spend portfolio* **Conversion Feed Optimization** โ€” Manage and continuously improve the conversion data feeding into Google/Bing (offline conversions, enhanced conversions, value-based bidding inputs); partner with our conversion feed signal partner agency, marketing/BI ops, and data engineering to ensure feed accuracy and completeness* **Performance Reporting** โ€” Own search channel reporting (MQLs, offer volume, MER, CPA) and translate performance into clear narratives for leadership* **Cross-functional Partnership** โ€” Work closely with Marketing Ops/Automation, Affiliates, and the broader SMB growth team* **Testing and Optimization** โ€” Identify and test incremental search opportunities (PMax structure, new match type strategies, bid strategies, search partner network adjustments, etc.).
