Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience managing projects or supporting the planning and development of business agreements.

  • Experience in financial modeling using spreadsheets (e.g., spreadsheet software/Sheets) and financial concepts (e.g., ROI, NPV).

This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in data center real estate, complex commercial negotiations, financial modeling, and the ability to drive multi-million-dollar transactions from market analysis to contract execution.

You will be responsible for maintaining transaction pipelines, organizing critical deal documentation, and supporting the team's financial and market analysis efforts for colocation leases and development projects globally. Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for real estate transactions (leases, agreements, contracts). This includes assisting in the assembly and preliminary review of draft documents, coordinating redlines with Legal and Finance partners, and managing the official execution and filing of final documentation.
  • Maintain and update the global transaction tracker, ensuring all key agreement stages, milestones, and critical dates are current. Monitor deadlines and assist the team in ensuring the timely development of capacity delivery.
  • Conduct basic research to gather market data, pricing information, and engaged reports. Accurately input transaction-specific and financial data into tracking systems and simple financial models to support ongoing analysis.
  • Assist in preparing internal presentations and business case summaries by formatting data and creating slides. Schedule meetings and manage communication logistics to ensure coordination between the agreement team and internal partners (e.g., Technical Infrastructure, Energy).
