Duration: 12 Months

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, secure, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure. The role will support cloud architecture, on-premises-to-cloud migrations, infrastructure performance, automation, security, and cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and modify scalable IaaS and PaaS cloud architectures.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize environments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Migrate applications, workloads, and databases from on-premises environments to the cloud.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
  • Implement cloud security, compliance, data protection, and privacy controls.
  • Manage virtual machines, cloud networking, VPCs, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
  • Automate cloud operations using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
  • Collaborate with IT and application teams to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop controls and processes using available cloud audit and monitoring tools.
  • Stay current with cloud technologies, products, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 5โ€“6+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, VPCs, firewalls, and security.
  • Advanced experience with VM management.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux administration.
  • Understanding of cloud security, compliance, monitoring, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in government or regulated environments.
  • Relevant AWS, Azure, or other cloud certifications.
