•••• is hiring a Civil Engineering New Graduate in Burlington, Massachusetts. This entry-level role offers hands‑on design, analysis, and project execution experience, with mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow your expertise from day one.

You will support engineering analysis, design, field inspections, report writing, permit applications, and site drainage and grading design while working within project budgets and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. On this team, you will contribute to municipal and environmental work while delivering resilient, environmentally responsible infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Perform basic civil engineering calculations, including hydraulic calculations, traffic projections, piling or rebar calculations, and calculations to balance site earthwork.

Assist in designing water and sewer systems for smaller private and larger municipal systems.

Assist with grading and stormwater designs for commercial, industrial, and residential site plans.

Interact with clients to understand needs, gather project requirements, and communicate technical information effectively while building and maintaining client relationships through professional communication.

Work as part of a project team to support the execution of consulting projects and assist in project planning and scheduling tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Assist with documenting design decisions and instructions from clients while monitoring project design progress.

Analyze low to medium complexity engineering tasks and collaborate with senior engineers and consultants to develop practical and efficient solutions.
