Product Manager, Storefront Experience (Philadelphia)

Position: Product Manager, Storefront Experience
Location: Philadelphia - Need locals only - Onsite

Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager, eCommerce (Storefront Experience) to lead product strategy and roadmap execution for customer-facing features and operational tools that enhance our multi-tenant eCommerce ecosystem. This role will focus on Shopify Plus storefront experience, navigation, responsiveness, and overall fan experience. The ideal candidate will have deep Shopify knowledge, product management expertise, and a strong background in eCommerce.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement innovative storefront features improving conversion rate, AOV, navigation, and fan experience.

  • Optimize theme setup/configuration to improve operations for Creative and Store Management teams.

  • Evaluate and integrate emerging trends in headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and third-party apps.

  • Partner with UX, engineering, product managers, and vendors on custom app development and integrations.

  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements into actionable product roadmaps.

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely, quality execution.

  • Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, aligning technical feasibility with business expectations.

  • Analyze KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize storefront performance.

  • Lead UAT efforts to ensure successful releases with zero defects.

  • Create documentation and enablement materials for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years product management experience in eCommerce.

  • Strong Shopify Plus expertise (themes, checkout, API integrations, apps).

  • Experience with agile development cycles and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong data-driven mindset and familiarity with Google Analytics.
