About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital acquisition strategy across our brand.

This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing performance, testing new growth opportunities, and turning insights into results. You own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels while managing significant budgets and driving measurable business growth.

Working closely with our product, creative, and analytics teams, you’ll continuously experiment, optimize, and uncover new opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and maximize return on investment.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Manage campaign planning, execution, optimization, and scaling across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Own media budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve messaging, audience targeting, and landing page performance.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across creative assets, audiences, bidding strategies, and user journeys.
  • Lead audience segmentation, retargeting, and marketing automation initiatives to improve conversion and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new advertising platforms, attribution models, and emerging marketing technologies.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable business results.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Experience implementing conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and campaign measurement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page testing tools (such as Optimizely or VWO), and CRM integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

  • Planifier, lancer, optimiser et faire évoluer les campagnes sur Google Ads, Meta (Facebook et Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube ainsi que sur des plateformes programmatiques.
  • Gérer les budgets médias, les prévisions et les rapports de performance afin de maximiser le retour sur investissement (ROI) et l’acquisition de clients.
  • Suivre et optimiser les principaux indicateurs de performance, notamment le CAC (coût d’acquisition client), le CPL (coût par prospect), le CPA (coût par acquisition), le CTR (taux de clics), le CVR (taux de conversion) et le ROAS (retour sur les dépenses publicitaires).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Création, Produit et Analytique afin d’optimiser les messages, le ciblage des audiences et la performance des pages d’atterrissage.
  • Concevoir et exécuter des tests A/B sur les créations publicitaires, les audiences, les stratégies d’enchères et les parcours utilisateurs.
  • Piloter les initiatives de segmentation d’audience, de reciblage (retargeting) et d’automatisation marketing afin d’améliorer la conversion et la fidélisation.
  • Assurer une veille constante sur les tendances de l’industrie, les nouvelles plateformes publicitaires, les modèles d’attribution et les technologies émergentes en marketing.
