About the job
At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Our team's mission is to build and unlock ways to apply Google data in a scaled, privacy-safe way to support initiatives across Google Ads, including measurement, targeting, serving, and personalization. This includes existing Google products, and new agentic products, some of which we are building ourselves. This is an opportunity to join a team with impact across a broad array of Google products and help define the next generation of digital marketing and measurement technology.
This role involves close collaboration with a number of cross-products and Google Ads teams. In this role, your mission is to ideate, develop, and implement the acquisition and application of data from agentic interactions on Google first-party and third-party platforms to power the next generation of Google's ads systems.
Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Be a thought leader in how users interact with agents, where data is generated, and how to acquire and apply this data to solve complex issues and capture upside across Ads.
  • Leverage new and existing types of privacy-preserving techniques and defining the goal for how data is unlocked and applied, given ecosystem, regulatory, and industry changes.
  • Ideate and apply advanced ML/modeling techniques to deliver measurement breadth and accuracy for advertisers in a data-constrained environment.
  • Consider and navigating complex relationships between users, businesses, and Google.
  • Collaborate with partner teams, (e.g., Google Analytics, Search bidding, YouTube, etc) to apply data and lead a team of Product Managers (PMs) to manage a portfolio of agentic measurement problems.
