We are currently seeking a Performance Marketer to join our Madison, WI based team! The Performance Marketer needs to be a an expert in paid digital media (specifically Google Adwords) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analytics and passion for leveraging data insights to to drive action.
Main Responsibilities include but not limited too:
  • Assisting in driving customer acquisition and managing paid search and social campaigns across a variety of paid digital media
  • Assists in the setup and management of performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels including strategizing, daily executions, and optimization
  • Establish organic social media best practices and partner with creative team members to drive organic KPI's
  • Proactively identify opportunities for performance media strategies to inform and facilitate acquit ions growth, including but not limited to: display media, social community growth, abandon cart + retention strategies, brand launches, capabilities enhancements, and improved customer experience

Skills:
  • Subject matter expert in paid digital media (Google Adwords) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of analytics and a passion for leveraging data insights to drive action
  • Expertise in paid search and paid social management with a broad understanding of iterative marketing and direct response ad strategies
  • Expertise in managing campaigns through native ad-techs (Google Adwords, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Experience reporting through native platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting), third-party reporting tools (Tableau, Supermetrics, etc.) are a bonus, but not required
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing role, with a minimum of 2 years managing paid search programs
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Google Adwords Certification
  • Meta Blueprint Certification
