This is a pivotal and impactful leadership position for an individual passionate about leveraging AI to develop innovative, high-value, and intuitive user solutions. The role involves spearheading the complete lifecycle of AI-driven workflows for Google Ads' global sales team, which comprises over 30,000 sellers. In this role, you will demonstrated history of conceptualizing, developing, and deploying intricate and imaginative products, and successfully navigating them through periods of rapid expansion and refinement.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
