Job description

Paid Search Media Specialist

The Paid Search Media Specialist is responsible for managing all paid activities across advertising platforms. This includes strategy creation and implementation, troubleshooting account issues, and occasional attendance at client meetings

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Google Ads account setup
  • Google Analytics conversion setups
  • Copy recommendations and execution
  • Strategy implementation
  • Work closely with senior management on account direction
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and social media advertising initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign pacing, staying on budget, and estimating monthly costs
  • Support account management and client requests.
  • Report on account results to account management and clients


Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with digital advertising
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Comfortable reporting on data and doing analysis on metrics.
  • Google Ads search certification required
