ABOUT THIS JOB

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves overseeing hardware, software, networks, and cloud services while providing technical support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and track company IT assets, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper lifecycle management.

  • Set up and configure accounts, devices, and access permissions for new hires to ensure a seamless start.

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Assist in maintaining office IT infrastructure, ensuring security, updates, and efficiency.

  • Keep records of IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and asset allocations for smooth operations.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support IT projects and business objectives.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an IT support, system administration, or related role.

  • Hands-on experience with MacOS, and Linux operating systems.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Office 365, and cloud-based tools.

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting).

  • Experience with device management tools (MDM, JAMF, SCCM, or similar).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist non-technical users.

  • Strong asset management and documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with IT security best practices, endpoint security, and compliance requirements.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
