• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with clients to set and monitor therapeutic goals, evaluating their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting clients' journeys and progress.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach are critical in respecting clients’ individual experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to balance caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively.

While a bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement for consideration, candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree preferably possess experience in clinical settings and demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based modalities. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is highly advantageous, as is experience working with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
