Private Equity Debt Finance – Mid-Level Associate

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Debt Finance group.

  • Representation of private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
