Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Part-Time Multi-Site Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities at various worksites throughout the region. This role focuses on teaching job skills, promoting inclusion, and fostering independence in real-world work settings.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching at multiple locations.
  • Reinforce workplace skills, focus, and positive habits.
  • Advocate for reasonable accommodations and inclusion.
  • Communicate regularly with participants, employers, and program teams.
  • Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with program standards.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; workforce or disability services preferred.
