To participate in the development and execution of strategic fundraising initiatives that support the organization's mission and financial sustainability. This role will work closely with the Grant Manager, Marketing, and Community Engagement teams to cultivate donor relationships, secure funding, and promote philanthropic engagement This position reports to the President and CEO, who evaluates performance annually.

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Five to eight years of progressive fundraising experience, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
• Proficiency in donor management and CRM systems such as Donor Perfect, Bloomerang or Salesforce.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally to support donor engagement and fundraising events.
• Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
