Goodwill Southern California is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Job Coach who's dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities succeed at work. You'll provide one-on-one training, encourage professional growth, and support inclusion across diverse workplace settings.
What You'll Do:
  • Coach participants in learning and mastering job duties.
  • Provide feedback, encouragement, and real-time skill development.
  • Serve as a liaison between the participant and employer.
  • Track and document progress to ensure compliance with program goals.
  • Promote independence and self-sufficiency for each participant.

What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
  • Excellent communication and observation skills.
  • Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety.
