A highly respected, physician-owned ophthalmology / optometry practice in Michigan is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist (or glaucoma or cornea surgeon) to join its team due to growing patient demand and succession planning.

This is a wonderful opportunity to step into a busy, stable practice in a highly ranked and rated area near Midland, Michigan. The group has an exceptional reputation, strong referral base, and a true family-oriented culture. The Opportunity

Compensation & Structure
  • Base salary range: $325K to $400K depending on clinical and surgical skills, training, experience and overall suitability for the role.
  • 35% of Collections

  • Clinical Details: Comprehensive ophthalmology with strong cataract volume
  • Monthly cataract volume exceeds 90–100 cases, with additional surgical support currently in place
  • High utilization of premium IOLs along with including MIGS and in-office laser procedures
