Minimum 1 year of dental office experience
Understanding of dental insurance verification and appointment scheduling
Experience with dental office software (Dentrix preferred)

Job Description

Verify patient insurance and maintain up-to-date records
Schedule and optimize appointments for maximum efficiency
Coordinate hygiene recall and recare appointments
Confirm appointments and communicate with patients regarding scheduling
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
Support the dental team in daily administrative operations
