Relevant du Directeur d'usine, le Technicien de maintenance joue un role essentiel dans la performance des operations en assurant le bon fonctionnement des equipements et des installations. Il contribue directement a la productivite en realisant la maintenance preventive et corrective, le depannage et l'amelioration des systemes, tout en respectant les normes de securite et de qualite.
Responsabilites
  • Realiser l'entretien preventif des equipements (graissage, nettoyage, inspection) afin d'en assurer la fiabilite et la performance
  • Inspecter les installations pour detecter les anomalies et intervenir de facon proactive
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes mecaniques, electriques et electroniques et effectuer les reparations necessaires
  • Assurer un support rapide aux equipes de production lors de problemes d'equipement
  • Proposer des ameliorations pour reduire les arrets et optimiser les operations
  • Maintenir a jour les rapports de maintenance et les historiques de pannes
  • Respecter strictement les normes de sante, securite et qualite
  • Identifier les causes recurrentes de defaillances et implanter des solutions durables
  • Participer a des projets d'amelioration et de modernisation des equipements
  • Utiliser et entretenir les outils et equipements industriels requis
Qualifications
  • Diplome d'etudes secondaires requis; diplome en maintenance industrielle ou domaine connexe considere comme un atout
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'experience en maintenance industrielle
  • Formation en mecanique industrielle, electromecanique ou maintenance industrielle
  • Competences solides en diagnostic et reparation de systemes mecaniques, electriques et electroniques
  • Capacite a gerer efficacement les priorites dans un environnement de production
  • Engagement envers les normes de sante et securite
  • Disponibilite pour travailler sur differents quarts, heures supplementaires et au besoin les fins de semaine
  • Capacite a travailler dans un environnement industriel (bruit, poussiere, variations de temperature)
  • Aptitude physique a soulever des charges et a effectuer des taches necessitant mobilite et endurance
