Job description

Overview

This is a temporary position.

Job Description - other duties may be assigned

  • Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks
  • Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary
  • Prepare status reports
  • Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling
  • Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly
  • Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards
  • Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
  • Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur
  • Work independently with moderate supervision
