Job description

What is Banana Daddy?
We're Banana Daddy - a new Miami-born coffee, bakery and frozen dessert concept serving premium banana & coconut-based soft serve, scratch-made baked goods and tasty coffee with good vibes.
Banana Daddy is located at 3415 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33137 in the Midtown neighborhood of Miami, which is between Wynwood and the Design District. You can follow us on Instagram and Tiktok to get our vibes and check out the branding.
We're not actively hiring - but we're always looking.
Right now, we don't have open positions. But that changes. And when it does, we'd rather reach out to someone we already know than start from scratch.
If you're someone who loves food, gives a damn about great service, and wants to be part of something different - drop us your info.
We'll keep it on file and reach out when the timing is right. What we're always interested in:
  • People who are warm, reliable, and take pride in their work
  • Experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (a plus, not a must)
  • Spanish speakers (big bonus in our neighborhood)
  • Anyone who genuinely cares about allergen-safe food and why it matters
Just tell us a little about yourself and why Banana Daddy feels like your kind of place.
If you love high energy, great music, great people, and making someone's day with a perfect swirl... you'll fit right in.
What We're Looking For
  • High energy, positive attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills - you enjoy talking to families, locals, and tourists.
  • Detail-oriented and proud of a clean, organized workspace.
  • Reliable and punctual at our location in the Midtown neighborhood of Miami.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • English required; Spanish a bonus.
  • Prior ice cream or food service experience is preferred, but not required - we will train the right candidate.
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • A fun, upbeat, fast-paced environment
  • 401k with 3.5% match with health, dental and vision insurance options
  • Two weeks paid vacation
  • Be part of a new Miami brand - real opportunities to grow as we expand
  • A chance to help shape the experience and culture from day one

$18 - $24 an hour
We hire for team members that can work at least 15 hours a week for part time as well as full time candidates that can work 40 hours a week.
How to Apply
Apply now via Lever (our applicant tracking system) with a quick intro to tell us why you'd be a great fit for Banana Daddy. We look forward to reviewing your application.
