Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Monday team meeting at 7:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $75,000-$110,000+ annually
Pay Type: Hybrid Hourly + Production Bonus or Flat Rate (employee choice)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose drivability concerns across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
  • Complete engine repairs and cylinder head gasket replacement.
  • Perform clutch repairs, wheel bearing replacement, brake service, water pump replacement, and other mechanical repairs.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and routine maintenance services.
  • Write accurate repair recommendations.
  • Order parts needed for assigned repairs.
  • Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining productivity.
  • Manage your workflow while maintaining high repair standards.

Qualifications

  • Six or more years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience servicing domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
  • Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Own professional automotive tools.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • ASE Certifications are a plus.
