We pride ourselves on exceptional service and expect nothing less from our frontline Crew Members. Scheduled hours will include both day and night shifts. Our frontline Crew Members are more than just order takers, they are our sales force. Our Crew Members provide a level of guest service that exceeds our guests' expectations and accomplishes our goal to "More than Satisfy".
Characteristics of a Great Restaurant Service Representative:
Projects a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurant
Makes both food safety and sanitation a priority

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Greet our guests enthusiastically with a friendly smile
Accurately record orders on a cash register
Collect payment from guests and make change
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
