As a telemarketer for Shadonna Lewis Insurance Agency, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand's public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers' experience, and strategically position our agency... whether on social media or at community events!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
  • Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
  • Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options.
