Job Purpose

  • To lead and oversee all store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, and achievement of sales and profit goals. The Store Manager is responsible for creating a productive workplace, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding company standards in merchandising, staffing, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store functions to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

  • Work collaboratively with store employees in all departments on a daily basis

  • Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating a genuine compassion and desire to help people

  • Hire, train, and conduct employee reviews to build a strong and effective team

  • Lead the team in understanding and living the company mission

  • Maintain product availability, freshness, and cleanliness within the store

  • Complete daily tasks including purchasing, scheduling, and merchandising

  • Conduct regular staff management meetings to address issues and improve performance

Preferred Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
