Responsibilities

โ€ข Hiring and onboarding of new staff
โ€ข Ensure new candidates are oriented and trained properly
โ€ข Ensure all staff stay current with the required training
โ€ข Follow up with all staff regarding performance issues and ensure improvements are achieved
โ€ข Organize and assist with new move-in inquiries and tours
โ€ข Introduce new policies and tasks to all staff and ensure proper understanding is achieved by all
โ€ข Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
โ€ข Manage staff timesheets for accuracy and submit them for payroll
โ€ข Complete weekly inventory of nursing and cleaning supplies and groceries. Complete weekly orders to ensure all supplies and groceries are available
