JOB TITLE: Line Cook

The primary responsibility of this position is the consistent production of quality food and the required supporting tasks to achieve that goal including:

-Preparing and executing dishes

-Collaborating with Sous Chef to execute dishes

-Adhere to kitchen processes

-Other tasks as assigned

COMPENSATION: $15 / hr. ($14 - $16 / hr. base pay + TIPS avg. $4 - $9 / hr.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the chefs in all kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Manage food inventory and ordering.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
