Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Cyclein Texas for one of our home health and hospice clients.

Position Details

  • Experience: Senior revenue cycle leadership experience in home health required

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management

  • Home health billing and reimbursement expertise required

  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer reimbursement structures

  • Multi-site revenue cycle oversight experience preferred

  • Proven ability to improve collections, reduce AR days, and optimize billing operations

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight of revenue cycle operations across the organization

  • Manage billing, collections, reimbursement, and revenue integrity processes

  • Monitor key performance indicators including AR days, denial rates, and collections

  • Ensure compliance with payer regulations and documentation requirements

  • Lead revenue cycle teams and implement operational improvements

  • Partner with finance and executive leadership to optimize financial performance
