Job description

The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an Entry Line Cook to join our amazing team. The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street.
You'll join our Culinary team, preparing food for Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Bar and our Colleague Cafe. Typical shifts are 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts.
The Entry Level Cook is a culinary position that requires basic culinary skills or related cooking experience and good communication skills.
The Culinary team produces food for all hotel outlets and banquets. As a new team member, you will train with our experienced Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Once training is complete, shifts each week will be based on resort business and will include weekends and holidays.

  • Requires good communication skills.
