AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Customer Sales Representatives to work with individuals who have requested information about insurance and benefit options. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who are comfortable speaking with others, willing to learn, and ready to build professional experience in a client-focused role.

No previous insurance or sales experience is required. Training and guidance are provided to help you learn the products, systems, and day-to-day responsibilities of the position.

Where We Are Hiring

Applicants must currently reside in an eligible location with a residential address in:

United States: Virginia, Illinois, California, or Washington

Canada: All Canadian provinces and territories

This is a remote position, but applicants must be located in one of the eligible areas above.

The Role

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll help clients understand the benefit options available to them and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

Your day may include:
