Job Title: Client Services Coordinator (Entry Level – Claims Department)

Job Summary
We’re looking for an entry-level Client Services Coordinator to join our Claims Department. In this role, you’ll support homeowners through the claims process, learn how to prepare repair estimates, and work closely with insurance companies and adjusters. No claims experience is required — we’ll provide full training and ongoing coaching. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career, this is a great opportunity to get started.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to create and submit repair estimates using company software
  • Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
  • Track and follow up on claims to keep them moving forward
  • Keep accurate records of calls, emails, and documentation
  • Support the Claims team in solving problems and ensuring timely resolution
