We are excited to offer an entry-level position for an enthusiastic Racker to join a reputable Electropolishing company in Fall River, MA. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Overview: The Racker will be responsible for the careful handling and positioning of metal parts onto racks before the electropolishing process. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the electropolishing process. No previous experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately place and secure metal parts onto racks according to specific procedures.
  • Inspect parts for defects or damage before the electropolishing process.
  • Work closely with the Electropolishing team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the electropolishing process.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
