Job Description -Cart Barn Attendant
We have cart barn attendant openings for our fall 2026 season at Walnut Creek Country Club. We are a private Country Club in South Lyon looking to hire friendly, upbeat, reliable staff to join our team. Located 10 minutes from Novi. AM and PM positions are available and start in the spring. We offer competitive wages, flexible schedule, staff meals, and uniforms.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, enjoy people, along with being self-motivated with a drive to strive to exceed expectations. Experience is a plus, but is not necessary. Must have professional appearance and attitude, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality. Candidates must be available to work, a combination of weekends, evenings and some holidays and have a reliable source of transportation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  • Greeting members and guests as they arrive
  • Cleaning golf clubs and lifting golf bags
  • Washing golf carts
  • Maintaining the driving range while picking up range balls
  • Washing golf balls

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Requires ability to lift 20-50 pounds frequently
  • Working outdoors with all types of weather
