McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a talented Videographer/Photographer to join our growing marketing team! With an expected 800 closings in 2026, McBride is proud to be recognized as the 33rd largest privately owned builder in the United States and the 69th largest overall according to Builder Magazine.
This is a hybrid position and will primarily serve the Rolla, Cuba, Sullivan, and Jefferson City areas, while occasionally traveling to other locations as needed. The role will support McBride Homes as well as several of our sister companies and business partners, providing an exciting opportunity to create visual content across a variety of industries and environments.
The Marketing Videographer/Photographer will capture high-quality photography and video for new homes, neighborhoods, construction projects, company facilities, golf courses, manufacturing operations, and other businesses and properties. Content will be used across company websites, social media, digital advertising, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials.
We are looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with the marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition and storytelling and can turn everyday projects and locations into compelling visual content.

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus program.
Responsibilities
  • Capture professional-quality photography and video for McBride Homes, sister companies, and other company projects
  • Photograph and film newly constructed homes, model homes, neighborhoods, construction projects, facilities, golf courses, manufacturing operations, and other locations
  • Create engaging photo and video content for websites, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, print materials, and other promotional efforts
  • Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas that showcase our companies, people, products, and projects
  • Travel throughout the Rolla, Cuba, Sullivan, and additional mid-Missouri areas to capture content at various locations and job sites
  • Visit active construction sites and other work environments to document progress, projects, special building techniques, products, and company operations
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan photo and video shoots and determine the best content for upcoming campaigns
  • Edit, retouch, color-correct, and format photography and video for various digital and marketing platforms
  • Organize and maintain a library of photography and video assets
  • Stay current with photography, videography, editing, and social media trends to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our content
  • Occasionally assist with special events, company initiatives, and other marketing projects

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in professional photography and videography
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video skills
  • Experience photographing both interior and exterior spaces is preferred
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency with photo and video editing software
  • Experience creating content specifically for social media and digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the region
  • Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including construction sites, outdoor locations, manufacturing facilities, and commercial properties
