About the Role:
As a Golf Pro Shop Manager, where you will lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the golfing experience. This exciting role offers the opportunity to combine your passion for golf with your leadership skills in a vibrant community setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the pro shop, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising golf equipment and apparel.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Train and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
  • Assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice on equipment and services.
  • Maintain compliance with club policies and industry regulations, promoting a safe environment.
