  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by answering customer questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with any needs to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the pro shop is clean, organized, and inviting for customers, contributing to a welcoming environment.
  • Shift Leader: Oversee the team during your shift, ensuring that staff are on task, positioned appropriately, and working efficiently. Lead by example with clear communication and assist as needed.
  • Phone Handling: Answer phone calls promptly when not assisting in-person customers. Book tee times, assist with reservations, and provide helpful information.

  • Tee Time Reservations: Manage and assist with booking tee times, ensuring smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
