Your communication, leadership, and dedication to service are vital to the success of the shop and the satisfaction of our guests. By setting the tone for the team and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, you will create a memorable experience for both customers and staff.   • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by answering customer questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with any needs to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the pro shop is clean, organized, and inviting for customers, contributing to a welcoming environment.
  • Shift Leader: Oversee the team during your shift, ensuring that staff are on task, positioned appropriately, and working efficiently. Lead by example with clear communication and assist as needed.
  • Phone Handling: Answer phone calls promptly when not assisting in-person customers. Book tee times, assist with reservations, and provide helpful information.
  • Cashiering: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and receipts accurately. Ensure the register balances correctly and manage the cash drawer.
  • Tee Time Reservations: Manage and assist with booking tee times, ensuring smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales: Assist customers with purchasing equipment, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise. Promote special offers and sales to boost store revenue.
  • Handle Returns and Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with Events: Help with event setup, tournaments, and clinics, ensuring customers have all the necessary equipment and information for a successful experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
