Prestonwood Country Club, one of the premier private golf facilities in North Carolina, is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Cart & Range Attendants. These are part-time, year round positions.
With three championship 18-hole golf courses, a vibrant membership, and a commitment to excellence, Prestonwood offers an exciting opportunity to work in a first-class golf environment while gaining valuable experience in the golf industry.
Expected Schedule: 15–25 hours per week
Applicants should be available to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
What You'll Do

As a Cart & Range Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding golf experience for our members and guests by:
  • Greeting golfers and assisting with loading and unloading golf bags
  • Preparing, staging, and maintaining golf carts for daily play
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of the golf cart fleet
  • Setting up and maintaining the practice facility and driving range
  • Monitoring range ball inventory and keeping practice areas clean and organized
  • Assisting with golf tournaments, outings, and special events
  • Supporting daily golf operations and delivering exceptional member service
Qualifications:

  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong customer service skills; hospitality experience is a plus
  • Golf course, golf operations, or golf industry experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to safely operate golf carts and utility vehicles
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
