Description

The Grounds Staff team is responsible for all property maintenance including, but not limited to:  

  • Weed eating
  • Brush removal
  • Landscape maintenance
  • General maintenance of property

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Weed whacking

Tree and shrub trimming

Use of small handheld power tools such leaf blowers, drills, etc.

Plant growth and upkeep (watering, trimming, installation, etc)

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have Landscaping experience to apply
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Exceptional grooming habits, maintaining clean and complete uniform      as designated by Management
  • Required to be available for work on all major holidays.
  • Must regularly lift and move up to 65 pounds

Physical, Environmental, Cognitive, and Social Requirements:

  • Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting,      kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping, and standing for long periods. This role operates outdoors, exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions (hot and cold), and moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Frequently required to stoop, bend, crouch, squat climb, kneel, in and out of golf picker, twist at the neck and waist, reach above and below shoulder level,      push and pull when retrieving, storing, and moving golf bags; use dominate hand and fingers to feel and grasp, push and pull and for find manipulation to detail carts, clean clubs and use two-way radios.
