Our agency has grown from its original location in 2018 to include a second office in 2022, with a team of eight across both locations. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in claims, including five years as a Director of Claims, bringing deep industry experience and leadership into the agency.
I’ve been married for 20 years and have five kids. I love spending time outdoors, especially camping, and have a background in baseball, playing at both Texas Tech and Oregon State. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Bowman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
