POINT SEBAGO RESORT- CASCO, ME
Seasonal Part Time Positions Available August 1, 2026 - November 1, 2026
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greets customers and assists with inquiries
  • Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times
  • Always displays positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Aids guests with pickup and delivery of golf bags from the parking lot to the staging area.
  • Assigns carts to golfers and places bags on the carts.
  • Escorts golfers to the starter when they call for the group, then direct golfer to the first tee.
  • Cleans golf carts and reports any issues or repair needs to the Director of Golf and/or Assistant Director of Golf immediately
  • Escorts golfers to the starter when they call for the group, then direct golfer to the first tee.
  • Cleans golf carts and reports any issues or repair needs to the Director of Golf and/or Assistant Golf Professionals immediately
  • Helps manage golf cart staging/charging for events and daily play
  • Maintain all recycling and waste in Golf Department locations including the golf course
  • Maintains the range area and tee in a organized fashion
  • Stock and clean range ball machine and washer
  • Maintains rope barriers on the range to ensure proper use of the range grass
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Must have ability to lift 25lbs
  • Must hold current driver's license or driving permit
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to function well in a high pace, sometimes high stress environment
