Job description

This position is located in the Golf Branch, Recreation Division, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department within Navy Region Southwest (NRSW). The incumbent assists with the business and administrative management of the golf shop operation. The duties are normally carried out with minimal supervision and during the absence of the golf course manager and assistant manager, typically afternoons, evenings or on weekends/holidays.Qualifications:A minimum of one year experience which provides knowledge of golf club operations or equivalent leadership experience is required.Must possess familiarity with proper cash handling procedures and have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other employees.Education:N/AEmployment Type: OTHER
